When it comes to going “low tox” our personal beauty products are typically the biggest culprits in contributing to the toxins our body absorbs.
Your skin is your biggest organ, and all those pores on your skin means everything you put on it is absorbed into your body. You wouldn’t put petrol all over your skin would you? So why would you use products that contain petroleum (a by product of petrol waste)?
Checking product ingredients has become automatic for us, but we understand how overwhelming it can be. And sometimes feels like a bit of a Year 12 Science exam trying to pronounce some of those ingredients.
Nourished Life is our number 1 trusted site for everything low tox. Founder Irene has done all the hard work and checked all the ingredients for us, so you can shop with confidence that there are no nasties hidden in any of the products on her site. Irene is so passionate about clean beauty, and has 7000+ toxin-free natural, organic and sustainable products to choose from! The range has everything beauty, skincare, haircare to wellness, health and home.

When it comes to hair, we are either trying to get rid of it, or make it grow! Making it grow is the trickier one, so products like the Noosa Basics Eye Lash + Brow Revitaliser can definitely help.
Whether you just want to give your lashes and brows a boost, or you have had a battle with chemotherapy, regrowing that hair can actually be possible.
Castor oil has been known to help with hair growth for years, so no surprise that’s what is in the Eye Lash + Brow Revitaliser. And two kinds of castor oil too. Bonus.
Adding some essential oils to the tube is something we love doing to give the hair that extra love. Lavender, Rosemary and Ylang Ylang all are great at supporting hair growth, so a drop of each will give it an extra boost.
Simply apply to lashes and brows at night and go to sleep! Doesn’t get much easier than that.
